Choose your programme, submit your application for enrolment with the Application Fee, and you’ll have a response within 5 working days.

Students who don’t want to continue a Study Programme can apply for a partial refund of fees paid.

A student is eligible for a 25% refund, on the proviso that less than 50% of the course has been made available.  Modules are considered to have been ‘made available’ according to the passage of delivery months, whether or not the student has completed previous modules, to access the modules.

If a student wants a partial refund, the application must be made before this condition is met. Once 50% of the course has been made available, a partial refund is no longer available.

No refunds are available for general interest courses.

Application Fees are not refundable. 

Yes — a current Senior First Aid certificate (or equivalent) is required before you begin clinical practicum modules. Refer to the Rules of Progression in your Course Handbook.

Login details are sent by email as soon as your Application Fee is paid, when you apply for enrolment is received confirmed.  Please refer above (on this page), for more details about the enrolment process. 

The Rules of Progression stipulate the order in which all modules must be completed, in order to meet pre- and co-requisites.

Each module must be completed before progressing to the next, ensuring a solid clinical foundation throughout.

All Study Programmes are offered as full-time or part-time formats, fully online.

Bachelor level Study programmes are made available on the following terms:

• Full-time over 18 months (2 modules at a time)
• Part-time over 36 months (1 module at a time)

The Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine Study Programme is made available on the following terms:

• Full-time over 14 months (2 modules at a time)
• Part-time over 38 months (1 module at a time)

Our Health Sciences, Foundations & Chemistry, Foundations bridging courses are built-in to all Study Programmes to ensure all students are adequately prepared for the key science core curriculum.

While the Study Programmes are designed to be delivered over 3 years in a traditional college setting, intensive options are available for students who can study consistently full-time from month to month, without the usual breaks that a traditional face to face college builds in to a semester- or trimester-based academic calendar.

This means that a Bachelor level course can be realistically completed in 2 years, and the Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine can be completed in 18 months.

This field of study is emerging rapidly. 

While the Study Programmes are designed to be delivered over 3 years in a traditional college setting, you have up to 6 years from your chosen Start Date to complete your programme, giving you flexibility if life circumstances change.

In certain countries, regions or even states, there are specific professional titles which are referred to as ‘protected titles’. This means that only those practitioners who are registered, or endorsed, in a particular profession can use the titles associated with that profession.  A medical doctor is a common example of a ‘protected title’ in many jurisdictions.  

This may require the practitioner to obtain approval, Licensing and/or Registration(s) from a regulatory authority.

These professions may include, but are not limited to practices such as:

Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Kinesiology, Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine, Massage, Art Therapy, Dietician, Psychotherapy, and Counselling.  

Please note, international modality recognition is subject to the approval of regional insurance partners, regulation of ‘protected titles,’ and regional/state training and licensure requirements; it is your responsibility to be self informed as to the suitability of your chosen course for your own career pathway, in your chosen location.
